My technician, RUEL, is always professional and provides excellent customer service. He goes out of his way to ensure the treatment is complete - even returning to treat my garage. He’s been my technician for various years and I am extremely thankful and pleased.

We truly appreciate our service technician, Ruel. He is always attentive, thorough, and professional. What stands out most is that he takes the time to check in with us during each visit to see if there have been any new concerns since his last service, ensuring he can address everything properly and do his job effectively.

We had a great inspection to start, but I was frustrated by an unnecessary insulation upsell pushed by the salesman. However, we had one pesky mouse that was captured just a day after Mr. William Bowers (a separate technician) came out. William is honest, helpful, and friendly. He is a great asset to the team and definitely deserves a raise!

Raul has always been excellent. This is the second house we’ve owned that he has provided services at for us. Very knowledgeable and incredibly polite. Always courteous and timely.

The tech William was so kind, yet professional. He has been here before and he is always such a stellar gentleman. Thank you Terminix for having such outstanding staff such as he!

They do not follow through on what they say they will do. No communication about appointments despite multiple requests; last minute cancellations, and then wouldn’t leave me alone about selling something new. Take care of what we agreed to first! Cancelled. Very disappointed and cannot recommend.

Cristoffer Hinshaw is the best. He always makes sure we have no issues and let's us know we can always reach out of something comes up. He's very attentive to his work and if I ever have questions, he typically has the answer, and if he doesn't will find out and get back to me.
