Don’t do a dry wood termite policy with Terminix. We’ve been paying for eight years had a major infestation the swarm season and Terminix is refusing to communicate about fumigating our hundred year-old wood frame house that has to be tented every 6 to 7 years. They’ve now done two inspections and told us they’re gonna have a manager call back. We called back multiple times and no manager will communicate with us. They’re really good about trying to collect your money, but they don’t wanna actually take your house per their contract.

We used them for over 20 years until repeated missed appointments led us to cancel our pest control in 2020 and our termite service this year. We've had termite damage issues ongoing for at least three years and they just keep sending a worker out with a spray can to spot treat. They are now sending collections warnings to my 91 year old mother because we didn't continue with them. Your time means nothing to them and apparently they are bullies too. AVOID!!!!
