I have had my service with Terminex for less than a month and so far two of the appointments were the technician was supposed to come out to my house and do some thing or no-shows. I have called both the advisor that sold me the policy as well as the main office And have heard nothing. A technician came out and put a trap in the garage to trap rats and was supposed to come back the following week to remove the trap and never showed up. Now I have a terrible smell in the garage so obviously the trap caught something. The worst service I’ve ever encountered. On top of that they told me that even though the technician set an appointment for me, I must call and set an appointment as well. Can you explain why? Shouldn’t that be their job?
