Zero communication for appointments, had several scheduled where the tech either didn’t come out or came without warning and we were at work. Also had the exclusion but they charged us for coming out when it was still in the covered timeframe. Edit: Not going to reach out to the email once again as requested. That’s how we got billed again so we called to cancel all appointments and make sure we don’t get charged again even though service should be covered under the plan we purchased. Hate to leave bad reviews but this is after going back with the local office and corporate several times.
