Tim was absolutely wonderful! My husband had, unfortunately, forgotten to tell me that we were due for an inspection. Tim was very understanding and calmly explained why he was visiting. If I could give a zero for their service I would. 3 weeks with no call backs after paying 1600 dollars for a 6 month window. The only person to even reach out is the technician right before arrival but no one can give a date to prepare to be home from work to let someone into the house. 10/10 would not recommend. Everytime i call I am assured someone will call to help me but no one does. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with them. Your problem will not be fixed anyway.
