What kind of deal are these technicians offering to all these people leaving 5 star reviews saying how good this company is? This company is an absolute joke. We paid almost $2,000 for a termite treatment and have received some of the worst customer service imaginable. The initial treatment was suffice but the “follow up” treatments have been anything but professional. Both times technicians have come to our house to “service” the bait stations, have been an absolute waste of time. Both times the technicians claimed they checked “every single bait station” and that is a boldface lie. The stations were not checked. In fact the most recent time they didn’t even come on the right day. And the technicians weren’t even seen on our ring cameras and the stations were not checked because they are currently covered up by mulch and the mulch was undisturbed after said “service”. I’ve called three times now to complain and to try and get a simple call back from the management but I’ve received no communication. And of course the number I call is some call center with no actual local person to talk to. Absolutely maddening and I wish I would have never given this company a dime of my money.

Ben and Caleb were excellent in doing their work this morning. Did a complete walk around the property and explained what they would do. Both were very professional which included great personalities Had a good time talking to them when they were finished. Excellent representatives for your company!!

This company will charge you thousands for termite control and leave your property looking like this for your German Shepherd to get a hold of One and chew it up and eat it and nobody wants to return your call For information of what poison is in these things for poison control Terminix shame on you for doing such a crappy job and collect the net check never again. They dig the holes, but leave the bait land outside of them for any animal or child to get a hold of how responsible. I sure wish I could post pictures because that shows at all how of a horrible job they did.

Had the attic and garage insulation replaced due to mice infestation in November 2025. Good items: the work seems to have eliminated the mice; workers were courteous; Inspector went overboard to assist with my concerns. Problems: 1st day - team worked 11 hours but unable to complete removal and replacement job and had insufficient insulation to complete the job. I was informed to contact central office to schedule a date to return. I believe the company should have known, that based on the amount of work, the time needed to perform the job and scheduled accordingly. Exclusion team did not re-screen attic gable vents and missed an apparent mouse access point noted on initial inspection report. I provide a inspection photo of the access point. Team member stated they were not made aware of this access point. 3 days later: Team returns and finishes attic insulation. Packed up and ready to leave, I asked if they had done the garage attic insulation. They had not. Told them that were pieces of batte insulation that were to be removed. They did the insulation but forgot to remove the battes. They also forgot to inspect the HVAC duct work and was later found to have a hole in it, made by the mice, by an inspection by HVAC company I contacted separately. 5 days later(total 9 days): Exclusion team member and I discuss work that needed to be completed. 6 days later(total 15 days): Exclusion team screen gable vents and caulk access point, in the dark. 5 days later(total 20 days): Insulation team removes batte insulation pieces and adds insulation. The day after Thanksgiving I notice a hole in the house vinyl siding very close to where the vacuum and blower insulation equipment were located. The hole had been covered with clear silicone caulk and there was no broken siding on the ground. I knew of no other explanation that the damage had been caused by Terminix. Terminix was contacted the first week of December and the Inspector passed the finding to the office manager. I had not received a reply after 10 days, so I contacted Terminix again. I received a reply from a district manager 4 days later that he had talked to the workers that were on the job and they denied any knowledge and they would not accept any responsible for repair. The time line on this is from November 3rd to December 16th. In my opinion the actual job should have taken 2 to 3 days. Terminix did not instill any confidence in their ability to do this job. There seems to be a lack of communication between the team workers, the inspectors and office managers. I have used Terminix in another state for over 40 years and have been satisfied with their work on in house ant problem, termite treatment and bed bug treatment. I can no longer recommend their services.

If I could give a zero. I would. We paid them 1400.00 to get rid of bed bugs. They won't keep appointments. Their managers lie and say they will come out...

Ben M. Did a great job when treating the house. he explained everything to me thoroughly about what he was doing! He also made sure scheduled a follow up appointment for me before he left. Been using terminix since June 2025 and this is the best service I had yet.
