When I called to cancel in March, because they can’t return a call to save their lives’ even when it’s a customer trying to schedule the last bits of a service, they LIES TO ME and continued STEALING my money. At this point, they owe us $300.

Terrible customer service. Phones go unanswered. Text as offered on their site goes unanswered for hours. Try to make a payment? Can’t because it doesn’t show on the account and of course you can’t get anyone to answer the damn phone. Joke of a business. UPDATE: I did receive a call from management letting me know who to contact locally. But that still doesn’t change the fact that the website functions, like chat and calling the 800 number get you nowhere. Even if you do get someone on the phone they are likely to send the wrong tech for the problem or actually not schedule a service and so you take off work and wait on someone only to learn they aren’t going to show. And if you have termite bait stations, get ready for them to charge you $65 a month just for that service - and they only come out once a year. So what exactly am I paying $65 a month for? Your guess is as good as mine. And as I read through many of the other poor reviews, my experience with them not showing up, saying one thing and doing another is the same as others. Go with a local company.

Orkin warned us about switching. Terminix quoted us $159.43 to come out and treat our home and property and then have 7 services annually. When the tech showed up to perform the service (nice guy), he started going over the paperwork. They wanted an additional $65 that couldn’t be waived for initial services- as you can see and believe, that was not quoted. So, the technician called his boss and went over the details and the boss was a little rude to the tech explaining that is just the business of it and we would have to cancel the appointment unless we pay. I forewarn anyone looking to use this company, just as Orkin forewarned me- they do not accurately quote and the performed services will be higher than the OTP and online quotes. Sad, but you may want to pay a little more for your services to pay an honest company with better morals. Principal is key in extended business relations.

Terrible customer service. Appointments are not kept. Phone calls are not retuned. I’m disappointed by the whole process. I’d appreciate a call from a human. I’ve sat for two days waiting for a service call. No service.

Terry Taylor has made poor communication with my Grandmother after trusting him to do the right thing. Would advise making sure your elderly loved ones are not signing for 18% loans after being quoted 10% less. Says that he will “revise the paperwork” And that he “will be here today to get it fixed” and never shows.
