We Needed help with some unwanted pest that had made there way into our office so we called and with in a few hours a fella named Bruce called let us know his ETA when he arrived he explained what he was going to do and what chemicals he was going to apply. Very courteous and professional from beginning to end. Will definitely use them in the future..

Contacted terminix to treat for termites, as I am selling my home. They come check it out, and we set up the appointment for them to install bait stations. That day comes, and nobody shows up. I call customer service and was told they forgot to approve the appointment on their end. After 3 days someone finally contacts me to set up another appointment, 5 days after the initial one was scheduled. After speaking to the technician I told him I needed the paperwork ASAP, as I am forwarding it to my home buyers' realtor so we can keep the process moving. He said I'd have it within a day. I did not get it within a day and so I called customer service again. They can't do much on their end but reach out and inform the technician to either contact me or send the documents to my email. But, finally, after 3 days I got them. Thought I was done, but recently they asked me to also get an inspection so I could get an NPMa-33 form, as their financial institution was asking for it. So I set up the inspection, and was told I wouldn't need to be there, as I'm not living there anymore. Got a call 30 mins before and was then informed I DO need to be there. Well, I'm 30 mins away and still in bed. So I get up and rush over there. I meet the guy, he basically just walks around for 10 minutes and tells me what I've got is already sufficient, which I would hope so because they recommended and performed the service. So, really, I was spending over $300 just for this form I needed. I told the inspector how I needed it ASAP, and asked when I would get it emailed to me. He said by the end of the day, or at worst the following day. The following day I still hadn't gotten it, so I called customer service yet again. They tried and failed to get in contact with the inspector, but said they sent him emails to contact me and to get me the form I need. Now, it has been 2 whole days, and nothing. I heard nothing back today at all. Terminix very clearly does not value the time of their customers. This has been an extremely unpleasant process. I have been moving, working, making other repairs on my home, scouting and buying a new home, working on and figuring things out with that house as well, and of all the different companies/contractors I've worked with these past couple months, Terminix is by far the worst. If I could go back I would absolutely have chosen a different company, and I will do so for all future pest issues I may have.

Received a call from Terminix about my latest service. Really didn't think I needed anything but with 3 homes under service I had a whole lot to go over. She found everything and answered all my questions. She was really great!

James is very friendly and is very helpful answering questions I have about any of my services. No matter how hot, cold, rainy or snowy it may be he always arrives with a smile.
