The absolute worst experience. We had birds in our vents and got a quote from Terminix. The sales rep was great and got someone out a couple of days later to add cages to the vents. I asked about the birds already in there and he assured me they would be out. The technician comes and after he leaves, I hear birds inside again. Look at the cages and there is a bird stuck inside. Call Terminix and they say someone will call me back with a time to fix. No call back. My husband thankfully removed the bird. Two days later, someone just shows up. No call in advance. We weren't home so he said he just checked the cages and everything looks good. Next day, I notice a lot of bugs coming through those vents. Had my son check and a section of the vent was broken when the cage was added. Called them again and was told someone would come out to fix it. It's now been a week and I have followed up numerous times with NO communication/call back with an appointment. There is a literal hole to the outside and they do not seem to care. Please go with ANYONE else.

Had a sizeable yellow jacket nest near the roof of my house and Terminix came out and handled it in a matter of days. Jivarey is the man and always calls to update me on the service both before and after his visit. He's very thorough and you notice the difference in bug activity immediately. Highly recommend Terminix if you are running into any bug related issues.

Scam. Paid up front for a year. Never came back. Cancelled future services because we didn't want to pay for 2 years, only one year. Well after that year they randomly charged us. Saying we never canceled. Then on the phone, tried to leave one star review over phone, seems like they have the system setup to "not understand" any review that isn't a positive one. BS. Don't see how they have 4.7 stars on google. Ridiculous.
