Called for termites last year. After paying a monthly fee of $100 to basically dig 8 holes in my yard and check them once, I have termites again. I called this morning, they couldn’t answer the tough questions, they said my account had been switched over to “pest pack” and transferred me to a disconnected phone. I don’t know where the good reviews come from. This is a giant grift. I’m not sure this review will see the light of day, but I figured I would at least try to warn people.

Not sure what has changed at Terminix. We use to get such great service. Recently the following has suffered since our old technician retired: Responsiveness, communication and follow up. In the past if we had a pest issue it was addressed in 2 days or less.

I would leave a negative if I could! I was given a price for whole house and yard! Never once out of 4 times being at my home did the technician ever go in my basement or walk up attic! The technician came today and was not in my home for more than 5 minutes! Also was supposed to do my yard! Came in back out to his truck and left! Not only is it expensive but it’s really expensive and not get the service you paid for! Be careful if you use their service!

Technician was extremely professional! He thorough and explained what he was doing. When I called Terminex yesterday to explain that we had an issue with my house (we had a furnace fire), she spoke to the technician who rearranged his schedule to service the house while workers were present.
